Cancellation & refund policy

You see your complete invitation, with your own details, before you pay. Please check it carefully.

Ready-made invitations

• You can cancel at any time before you pay. Nothing is charged.
• After your invitation is published, the payment is not refundable, because the product is delivered at once.
• You can change your details at any time with your edit link, at no cost.

When we refund in full

• You paid twice for the same invitation. We refund the extra payment.
• Your payment succeeded, but your invitation did not go live.
• Your invitation does not work because of a fault on our side, and we cannot fix it within 3 working days.

Custom invitations

The refund terms for custom work are agreed on WhatsApp before you pay, and depend on how much work is already done.

How to ask for a refund

Contact us with your payment ID within 7 days of the payment. When we approve a refund, the money goes back to the same card, UPI or bank account within 5–7 working days.
