Terms of service

Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Nimantran Studio ("we", "us"). By making or publishing an invitation on this site, you agree to them.

What we offer

  • Ready-made invitations: you pick one of our designs, enter your wedding details, see a full preview, pay, and get a link to share.
  • Custom invitations: we make changes or a new design with you. We agree the price and the delivery date on WhatsApp.

Price and payment

  • Prices are in Indian rupees. The price on the payment screen is the price you pay.
  • A launch price is shown with its end date. After that date, the normal price applies.
  • Cashfree Payments processes all payments. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Your invitation link

  • Anyone who has the link can open your invitation. We do not list it anywhere, and we ask search engines not to show it.
  • The link works until 30 days after the last ceremony on the invitation.
  • Your private edit link lets anyone who has it change the invitation. Keep it safe and do not share it.

Your content

  • You are responsible for the names, dates, places, words and photos you add, and for their accuracy.
  • You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload, and the consent of the people in it.
  • You keep all rights in your content. You allow us to store it and show it on your invitation.
  • We may remove an invitation that is unlawful, abusive or not about a real event, and refund you if you paid.

Our designs

The designs, illustrations, music and code belong to Nimantran Studio, except the public-domain paintings credited on the pages. You may use your invitation for your own wedding. You may not copy a design for another purpose.

Liability

We work hard to keep every invitation online and correct. If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that invitation.

Refunds and delivery

See the refund policy and the delivery policy.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of India.
